Participation starts with matching a problem and capability; it does not mean program acceptance, established partnership, financial support, or endorsement of an outcome.
People or ideas
Describe the real problem, existing basis, falsifiable hypothesis, capability available, and uncertainty. For personal or sensitive information, provide only the minimum needed for assessment.
Research institutions
Institutions may define collaboration around methods, independent replication, ethics review, measurement, statistics, open science, or translation. Responsibilities, data, output ownership, and conflicts must be defined before collaboration.
Technology, site, or industry partners
Partners may support milestone-specific technical validation, compliant sites, safety testing, manufacturability, or evidence of industrial need. No site, equipment, or industry relationship is represented publicly before verification.
